• Waitlist details you give us: email, name and the categories you deal in.
• Account details when you are invited in: email and sign-in information.
• The business records you enter: inventory, purchase prices, trades, sales and payment status.
• Basic technical information such as device and browser data needed to serve the site.

To run your Cardinal environment, to price and value your stock, to contact you about access during private testing, and to keep the service secure and working.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run Cardinal, such as our hosting and database provider, our payment provider where you take payments, and pricing data sources used to value cards. We do not sell your information.

Photos you take to identify cards are sent to our image recognition provider so the card can be matched to a catalogue entry, and are stored against the item in your inventory.

We keep your records for as long as your account is active. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or until we close the waitlist.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and remove you from the waitlist. Email us and we will action it.

Access to your data is restricted to your account, and we use industry-standard controls from our hosting and database provider. No system is perfect, so please tell us straight away if you spot something that looks wrong.
